Decongest traffic. Business executives shall travel only when it is unavoidable, when other means of communication do not work. This shall cut down the load on travel related infrastructure by over 33%. If we possess the IT prowess, make it visible! 3 Rationalize taxes, have four points of taxation in all and freeze them for 5 years 4 Design and implement a productivity friendly labor policy 5 Modernize ports and airports into ultra efficient international hubs, free from red tape. 6 Seriously discourage import of second hand machinery. 7 Implement laws preventing discharge of pollutants into rivers and other water bodies. Construct embankments for every river in cities and towns.
